Comments: I'm really that I picked these up. I've been running for over a decade, but picked up my first case of PF about 4 months ago. I've seen an ortho; have attended PT; have worn a boot to bed; and have stretched and strengthened until the cows come home. I've made some progress, but PF is just a pesky little devil that seems to respond to treatment differently for each person that it hits. After a few months of boot wear, I was looking for an alternative to wear to bed... and for other times of the day when I just wanted to take a little stress off of the fascia. Enter this sleeve. What the product description doesn't really make clear is that this particular sleeve is actually molded to the shape of the foot... complete with a pocket for your heel. Most sleeves like this are basically just compression tube. This sleeve truly fits like a glove once you have it on and offers some very nice compression. It hasn't been a miracle cure for my PF but it has been a nice alternative to a sleeping boot.
