Works if you can get it to stick.I’ve been using these to protect my Achilles due to irritation from new trail shoes. I applied them using a skin adhesive as directed by the instructions. I knelt down to tie my shoes and they immediately popped off. These cost too much for the amount you receive. You are better off getting hydrocolloid bandages
