Comments: Had the inserts in for the 4 1/2 hour walk. Right from the start there was some discomfort, as the time went on the discomfort increased dramatically. It was truly miserable experience. Would not use it again.

Comments
These are great if you are dealing with a neuroma. I've dabbled in the silicone rubber pads and the thicker wool pads, and those are bad (silicone) to okay/fine (wool). These are great, and they last much longer than the wool ones as well. I showed them to my podiatrist, he was elated to hear my LRS carried them locally. Also - if you are dealing with a neuroma, go see a podiatrist. They can help you long term.
