Comments: I have had Plantar Fasciitis for sometimenow but i still love to run. I sometimes even run through the pain. I currently wear New Balances before i run and the pain would be moderate. However since purchasing these suports, my arches feel a lot better. I almost never feel any pain at times. I highly recommend this to all PF sufferers. Comments: I just got my arch wrap last night. I am not impressed at all. The pocket for the ice pack is so small that three quarters of the ice pack hangs out. There is only compression on one quarter of the ice pack. I tried to put it on the back of my heel but since there is very little support on the ice pack there was not much contact with my heal. I ended up just putting the ice pack inside the entire wrap directly against my skin. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
