Great running beltThis belt is perfect for long runs that don't call for a full pack, keeping back and shoulders bare in the heat and avoiding the urge to hunch. It doesn't bounce at all on my hips or slide up to my waist, but the flask does bounce some inside the belt, which causes energy chew wrappers to make a crinkly sound but otherwise doesn't bother me. It's amazing how much this thing can hold. A soft flask fits easily along with everything else I've wanted to carry. I haven't tried carrying two flasks, but I think it could fit, though possibly with more internal bouncing than I want. All in all, it was a great choice.
