Amazing size for short runsI live in a hot country, and it's the perfect size for short runs.
Great size for shorter runsThe 250ml Salomon soft flask works great for shorter runs. I use it primarily on a 10K or shorter distance to keep me hydrated while running in warm and hot weather. It is easy to slip into a pocket, running belt, or simply just carry in your hand. It has become my go-to soft flask for most days.
Easy hydrationI grabbed two of these for my hydration vest and they are perfectly sized, simple to handle, and pretty effortless to clean. Highly recommended, and at a great price point.

Perfect bottle for me!This is the perfect size soft flask to either just hold in your hand or stow away in your hydration belt for easier handling. I tend to use this on my short to middle distance runs on those days not in the fury of a hot July or August where I am. For the hotter times and longer distances I use the 500ml option. Have been using the Salomon flasks for years and they are the best for my purposes and nearly any running belt. Highly recommend to use the Bottle Bright cleaning tablets with some warm water before first use and let the flask sit overnight. That totally kills off any plastic smell or taste.
