Keeps water coolI live and run in FL so the temps are usually warm, if not hot. I am enjoying this new soft flask which has insulation to help keep my water cool during my runs. The size is similar to a 500ml soft flask, but it only holds 400ml as the insulation takes up space. Also, the cap is different so it is a little bulky compared to the regular Salomon cap as it has a cover to help with the insulation. It isn’t too big and it still opens very easily to refuel on the run.
