Fits Solomon hydration vestOrdered this for a Solomon hydration running vest and fits in perfectly. Arrived quickly
Leak From BottomI bought this a year ago and have used it less than 10 times as I usually use the bottles in the front. I used it during an easy run and the bottom seam opened and leaked the entire contents down my back. Bad quality.

Just enoughI already had a 2L bladder and the 1.5L bladder is really nice for those days on the trail when you don't need as much water between stops.

Best for use with Salomon packsSometimes the best gear doesn't have much to say about it. It just works. This reservoir works well. A must-have for Salomon packs where the tube goes under the arm pit as opposed to over the shoulder because the spout is directed to one side as opposed to up like on most hydrapak reservoirs. This model is a little different than previous ones with changes made to the opening. The opening section is now a very thin membrane like the bag itself. Not sure the reason for the change, but maybe it is to help with closing and opening he bag. In the past, I have had it get stuck some times or be very difficult to slide the slider on and off. I have not had trouble this time around. All-in-all very hard to go wrong with this reservoir for those of us that prefer more liquid or having the water on the back as opposed to up front.

The best bladder for long runsI love this bladder. I've used it for about 8 long runs all over 21k recently. I prefer it over soft flasks because its very comfortable and easy to drink from.

Perfect!Finally, a hydration reservoir that works with my Salomon Running Vest! I've struggled with other brands of reservoirs that do not quite fit into the insulated pocket that is part of the Salomon vest pocket. Other reservoirs have a plastic bar at the top that digs into my back and was soooo uncomfortable. This one is just narrow enough at the top to tuck completely into the insulated bag. Also the connector at the bottom hose is horizontal and detaches so you can drop the reservoir easily into the bag.
