Overview
SaltStick Electrolyte Fastchews 60 Tablets are a great way to add electrolytes without adding calories. The SaltStick Fastchew formula of electrolytes helps prevent muscle cramping and maintain muscle function. The lightly flavored chews provide sodium, magnesium, calcium, and potassium to offer a complete set of electrolytes that get lost from sweat.
Serving size is 2 tablets and recommended use is two tablets every 30 minutes when running for two hours or longer. The chews are made of non-GMO ingredients and are gluten-free, vegetarian-friendly and free of artificial sweeteners.

Small Tablets, Huge Difference on My RunsAs a distance runner who trains regularly in hot and humid conditions, staying on top of electrolytes can make a huge difference in how I feel during a run. SaltStick FastChews have become one of the easiest products to carry and use while training.
What I like most is the convenience. There’s no mixing powder or carrying another drink—I can simply chew a tablet during a run and keep moving. They’re especially useful on long runs, harder workouts, and days when I’m sweating heavily. The watermelon flavor is pleasant without being overwhelming, and the tablets are easy to chew even while running.
I also appreciate how easy they are to portion throughout a workout instead of taking a large amount all at once. They fit easily in my running belt or pocket, which makes them something I can actually use consistently.

Comments: These are great if you need portable electrolytes. It came in handy for my back to back 20k trail run and half marathon in 70+ degree weather. Any signs of cramping quickly dissipated after getting these in to my system. Will definitely buy again.
