Some of the best running shorts!I don't have a huge wardrobe to compare these to, but I have loved these shorts. They are more fitted than a lot of the split shorts I have seen or tried on, which for a tall and thin person is perfect. Wouldn't mind a couple interior gel pockets but that has no effect on how I feel about these shorts. I didnt get them for marathon shorts!
Great fit, true to size as far as hip/waist measurements...
I also have the 3inch in these same shorts, and those have a more typical, wide and flowing running short fit HOWEVER those don't have an actual split! They are just wider. Still love those because all these Saucony outpace shorts are light and breathable, and generally better fitting than the other shoes I have worn (hoka, Brooks, cheap amazon brands...)
Tall and thin? Get the 2.5s and show off those legs.
Not as tall or as thin? Honestly 2.5s would probably still work but you may like the 3 inch outpaces better :)
