Comments: These have to be the worst insoles I have ever purchased. I used these for running. I am a mild over pronator and needed some arch support, cushion, and stability. I read a lot of reviews on these on various other websites and they were raving experiences. I wish I could say that, but they were just awful. They took up a lot of room in my shoe. The cushion in the heel section of the insole was great, but that's the only positive I can say about these. Running in these caused terrible heel and knee pain. I will be returning them.
