Comments: I have a low to medium arch and have used Superfeet Green, Blue (better for lower arch) and Runpro insoles. The new Run Max insoles offer a great heel cup for stability and a lot more cushion than my previous Superfeet insoles. I can tell I am going to love them. Plan on using them for both road and trail shoes.
