Run extremely smallI wanted to try these out but the "adjustability" of them doesn't allow for them to even fit over my women's size 9 Hokas. Will be returning them to try the MED size.

Comments: These are a decent product. HOWEVER. The Large wont fit over a men's Hoka Stinson, 10-1/2 D. Major fail, as lots of trailrunners wear these big-boat clown shoes now. Me included. This is a design/marketing flaw that could be fixed.

Comments: I decided to give these a shot since the Salomon gaiters did not fit me well. After wearing these a few times including a 50K race, I have to say that I really enjoyed wearing these. They are great and I don not feel them while running. Aside from not feeling the gaiters, I also don not feel anything getting in my shoes. They protect my socks and my shoes from getting stuff inside of them. I did order a bunch of extra straps directly from UD since they were offering free shipping. I have worn these straps for almost 100 and the original straps do not have really any wear. It could be that I use trail shoes with 5mm to 6mm lugs, so they seem to be protected. If you hate when rocks get into your shoes, then get yourself a pair of these UD gaiters.

Comments: Excellent Design and Performance. I broke one of the golden rules of racing and used these right out of the box on a technical 50 Miler; without ever training in them! I found them to work perfectly. No chafing and no mid-race adjustments. Granted it's only 50 miles, but my initial concerns for the strap that runs underneath the shoe have been relieved as it held up flawlessly over sharp rocks and jolting descents. The material used seems more durable than some competitors that have used a similar 'under-the-shoe' design. Good stuff UD!
