The UltrAspire Synaptic 3.0 Belt provides a race-ready waist belt to meet your training and racing hydration needs. This belt includes a single UltraFlask 550 Bottle, which supplies enough fluid for up to 1.5 hours. For storage, a large front pocket can fit larger items like phones, and zippered side and rear pockets can hold smaller items. The Ergofit shape and conical design of the belt sit close around your waist for comfort, and an adjustable strap with aluminum buckles secures the belt around your waist and prevents bouncing. Elastic straps on either side can lock down a light jacket or trekking poles.
