Long Jump Spikes
Long jump spikes, similar to sprinting spikes, have a snug and narrow fit to act as an extension of the foot and a stiff spike plate for propulsion but contain more cushioning for impact absorption as well as a mid-foot strap to keep the foot as locked in as possible.
