The prizes in this contest will vary. Prizes are not transferable and subject to availability.

A limit of two (2) social media entries are permitted per day, per customer, totaling two (2) entries maximum per day. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to win and be located within the United States for delivery.

All items will be shipped out of the warehouse to the contest winners by June 30, 2025.

To participate an entrant must follow the instructions provided on the giveaway form. All qualified entries will be deemed valid entries. Winners will be selected at random. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.

The contest will begin on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 12:00 am EST and end on Saturday, June 1, 2025 at 12:00 am EST.

There will be a total of fourty-two (42) selected winner(s).

The selected winner(s) will be notified by the end of business day on Wednesday, June 5 via Direct Message. The selected winner will have 48 hours to respond before alternate winner(s) will be selected. The alternate winner(s) will be notified in the same manner and have the same amount of time to respond. We have become aware of fake RW accounts that are messaging giveaway contest entries, telling them they won and asking for their information. Please only respond to giveaway winner announcements from us: @runningwarehouse and know we would never ask for personal information other than your name and shipping address.

• Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize winner. The recipient will receive One (1) $1,000 Running Warehouse Gift Card.
• First Prize: There will be one (1) first prize winner. The recipient will receive One (1) $500 Running Warehouse Gift Card.
• Second Prize: There will be five (5) second prize winners. The recipients will receive One (1) New Balance shoe of their choice from Running Warehouse up to a $250 value. Subject to product availability.
• Third Prize: There will be ten (10) third prize winners. The recipients will receive One (1) Maurten Marathon Race Collection & One (1) Pair of Tifosi Sunglasses.
• Fourth Prize: There will be twenty-five (25) fourth prize winners. The recipients will receive One (1) JUNK Headband (up to $18 Value).

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The contest is open to everyone with the exception of employees of Sports Warehouse, Inc., and Running Warehouse, LLC, their families, agents, and representatives.

All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents.

By participating, you grant permission to Running Warehouse to share and use your name and any content submitted with your entry. Entrants are providing information to Sports Warehouse, Inc. and Running Warehouse, LLC.

By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they, therefore, understand and agree that neither Sports Warehouse, Inc./Running Warehouse, LLC, nor their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

Per the contest rules, giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. However, we are happy to honor a size exchange within the first two weeks of receiving the package.
