Official More Miles May Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Sports Warehouse, Inc. and Running Warehouse, LLC ("Sponsor"), located in the United States.
2. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sports Warehouse, Inc., Running Warehouse, LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. The Sponsor will open entries to the Sweepstakes on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM PT and close entries on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM PT ("Promotion Period").
4. To enter, participants must complete the Running Warehouse x adidas "More Miles May" Strava Challenge and follow all entry instructions provided on the official giveaway entry form.
5. All eligible and properly completed entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
6. A total of thirty-two (32) winners will be selected.
   • Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) $1,000 Running Warehouse gift card (ARV: $1,000)
   • First Prize (1 winner): One (1) $500 Running Warehouse gift card (ARV: $500)
   • Second Prize (30 winners): One (1) adidas footwear product of the winner's choice from Running Warehouse, up to $250 value each (ARV: up to $250 each, subject to availability)
7. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The selection will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
9. Winners will be notified via email by the end of the business day on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Alternate winners, if needed, will be contacted using the same process and response timeframe.
10. Prizes will be shipped to verified winners and are expected to be fulfilled by June 12, 2026, subject to availability and verification. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its control.
11. Sponsor is aware of fraudulent accounts impersonating Running Warehouse and contacting participants regarding this Sweepstakes. Winners will only be contacted via official Running Warehouse communication channels (including @runningwarehouse official accounts and verified email domains).
12. Sponsor will never request sensitive personal information beyond name, shipping address, and necessary fulfillment details. Participants should disregard and report suspicious messages.
13. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winners' names, likenesses, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.
15. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy practices and will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and related marketing communications as permitted by law. Entrants acknowledge they are providing information to Sports Warehouse, Inc. and Running Warehouse, LLC.
16. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
17. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
18. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or any equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes.
19. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sports Warehouse, Inc., Running Warehouse, LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.
20. Prizes may not be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Size exchanges for footwear may be honored within fourteen (14) days of receipt, subject to availability and Sponsor's standard return/exchange policies.
