Game Changer for the heat and humidity!Honestly a huge boost for me in the heat and tolerance of it. I don't use it daily in the heat, but as a great relief and acclimation tool. One day after a crippling heat episode where I had to cut my run a little short, I used it the next day and was able to finish my workout without any issues at all in the same heat, sun and humidity! The 90 degree heat and 90%+ humidity is no match for an ice-packed Rad-Dana tied around my neck.

A must in hot weather!!!This bandanna is a must for anyone who does ultras in hot weather! This one is a cut above some of the others I have because it has some insulation in it to help keep the ice from melting as soon as it does in the others! Having a zipper pouch is way better than tying a regular bandanna around your neck!! Makes a nice gift for a runner as well.
