Not for hot weatherThis hat is marketed for hot runs. It sits heavy on the head, has a thick front, the fabric is not breathable, and the sweatband is not effective. This will be a great hat for mid to late Fall in the Midwest. Otherwise, lots of design flaws here if you are logging miles in the heat.
