Screen printing involves pressing inks through one or more silk screens onto a garment. This process is best for larger designs and orders that have higher quantities.

1. How long is my registration valid?
Registration is valid for one year.
2. How long is my discount code valid?
Regardless of your registration date, discount codes will be re-issued via email on January 1st and July 1st of each year.
3. How do I place an order?
To place a team order, please call the Team Department at 1-800-798-3267, or email us directly at: team@runningwarehouse.com. A team representative will be able to get you started with an order, and can assist you with any questions you may have regarding team discounts.
4. What methods of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept purchase orders, checks, and wire transfer. At this time, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a method of payment.
5. How do I pay with a purchase order?
Schools, colleges, and government agencies are the only customers who may pay with purchase orders. Before we are able to ship your order, we must receive a PDF copy of a signed purchase order from the school. Purchase orders should be on the school or district letterhead and include a PO number, authorized signature, billing and shipping address, and the available dollar amount.
6. What is the team discount?
The team discount is for high school and collegiate teams. Please contact the Team Department to see if you qualify for discounts. We offer deals on select shoes, clothing, socks, hats, and nutrition. Discounts vary by item.
7. What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Offer valid in the contiguous U.S. only.
8. Does Running Warehouse customize uniforms?
We offer a number of customization methods and stock logos for team uniforms. Please see our Embroidery, Heat Seal, Sublimation, or Screen Printing pages for more information. If you choose to create your own custom design, there is a one time set up fee of $50 per logo in addition to the regular customization fees. All customization orders must have a minimum of six items, and must be placed on a single order.
9. Can I return or exchange my team uniform?
Running Warehouse will take back items that are defective for 30 days after the invoice date. Clothing can be returned for full refund or exchange if it is in brand-new condition. The original tags and packaging must be intact. Items returned from a bulk order will be credited back to whoever originally purchased the items. Embroidered and screen printed items are non-returnable. Please contact the Team Department at Running Warehouse for any further questions you may have at 1-800-798-3267 or by email team@runningwarehouse.com.
10. What if I want to use a Purchase Order using my tax exempt status?
Your exemption status can be established online but the Purchase Order will need to be sent to the Team Department at team@runningwarehouse.com to place the order and for processing.
