The Nathan ExoShot Lite Handheld 14oz is a lightweight soft flask combined with a minimalist handstrap for convenient hydration. The removable handstrap offers an adjustable fit to prevent slippage and it's constructed from moisture-wicking fabric to keep your hand cool and dry. A large cap opening allows for easy filling while the soft bite valve provides a high flow while being gentle on your teeth.

Comments: Years ago I took the sleeve off of a Nathan exoshot and I have been using it ever since. I am really happy to see they are selling them without the sleeves, which were fairly useless anyhow. This is the lightest weight bottle you will find.
