Stability shoes are a great option for those who overpronate or need added support. These shoes help to limit the inward rolling motion of the ankle while running or walking and assist in guiding the foot straight through the gait cycle.
At A Glance:
- Plush wraps of your foot thanks to the revisited upper
- Improved durability thanks to LO-HRD rubber placement
- The Cumulus' classic smooth, comfortable ride
Product Highlights:
The ASICS Gel Cumulus 28 is a go-to daily trainer that brings a smooth, comfortable ride to all standard mileage runs and workouts. A midsole full of ASICS BLAST MAX and PureGEL foams work together to make sure each step you take feels plush, supported, and confident, as the Gel Cumulus 28 provides more of the good things you're used to from the Cumulus lineup.
In the outsole, ASICS' standard FLUIDRIDE outside provides a layer of consistent, reliable traction. But added alongside this outsole, ASICS has made a point of adding tough, tacky ASICS LO-HRD rubber to a few of their shoe's high wear areas in order to help increase the shoe's overall durability. You'll have the grip needed to run faster, for longer, even on slippery terrain and tight corners.
Finally, across the upper, ASICS is bringing a reworked engineered jacquard mesh wrap to the Cumulus, to give our feet a fresh, more secure wrap than we've had in the past.
All together, in the Cumulus 28, ASICS continues to fine-tune their formula to make sure you experience a soft, enjoyable ride every time you slip a Cumulus on.
