Ergonomically soundAfter running with this bottle on short and long runs consistently for 3 weeks, I can safely say this is a superior product. For a 20oz bottle I can run at my slow and easy pace or half / marathon pace and carrying the bottle seemingly disappears. The hand strap prevents minimal need to grip. If there's only one gripe it would be the price - however as with most running gear - you typically get what you pay for.

Great for Long Runs, Comfortable & PracticalI really like the Amphipod Hydraform Chiller Handheld 20oz. It's super ergonomic — fits perfectly in my hand and never feels uncomfortable, even during longer runs. I’ve used it for distances up to 15-16 km, and it’s just the right size: holds plenty of liquid without feeling heavy or bulky.
