Overview
The currexSole RUNPRO MEDIUM Profile Insoles are a great choice for runners with medium arches looking to add structure and stability to their favorite pair of shoes, without sacrificing comfort. These insoles have a zero offset design, so it will not compromise your shoe's geometry.
The deep heel cup provides shock absorption and a secure fit, while a semi-rigid arch adds structure and rebound to each stride. As an added benefit, bamboo and charcoal are sandwiched into the midlayer to wick moisture and defend against unwanted odor.

Comments: Excellent addition to most running shoes! I often wear light stability shoes, but I have medium height arches. A lot of Stability shoes, with their stock foam flimsy sock liners have a very flat footbed profile, and it makes my arches ache after a long run. Currex RunPro give me to nice supportive contour to the footbed so I can wear stability class shoes with much more comfort. Before wearing the Currex I'd often get pain the balls of my feet, but that has not happened since adopting the Currex. Currently wearing them in a Saucony Guide ISO, and have worn them in Brooks Ravenna in the past. A great improvement in both cases.

Comments: These insoles are the best that I've ever used and I tried so many different insoles from Superfeet and other brands. The RunPros have a few things that differentiate them from Superfeet et al. First, the arch support (gray) plastic is pliable so it works with the foot. There's just enough support to prevent excessive pronation but not too much that it causes discomfort. The RunPros also have good lateral support. My feet tend to slide to the outside with other insoles which awkward. With runPro my feet stay put. Unlike most other insoles these are segmented between a heel, mid foot, and a metatarsal section which allows the insole to flex with the shoe if necessary and also helps to shape the insole to the footbed better. The Met pad (red) is dense and responsive while the heel pad (blue) is more cushiony. Behind the Met pad on the top side is an additional molded Metatarsal arch support. It's not prominent but instead helps to mold the insole to the foot and maintain even contact
throughout the foot. After runs, no matter how much I sweat the RunPros are only slightly damp but not soaked and they feel dry to the touch within a couple of minutes of being pulled from the shoes. They fit great in the standard width Bondi 5. The only drawback with the RunPro insoles is longevity. They will not last as long as a Superfeet insole. That appears to be the trade-off for having an insole that works with the foot as opposed to some stiff sockliner with a hard unforgiving arch.

Comments: I love these! The have helped with plantar flair ups. I used to also be prone to foot cramps on the balls of my feet and they are reducing with these insoles. They add just the right amount of arch support. I have a high arch but use the medium for a roomier fit but still have support. I also like that they don't alter the drop of your shoes. I tried superfeet and I hated them. But I absolutely love these. And they last!
