Overview
Offering both comfort and support for overpronation, the Cadence Insoles bring a unique feel and stability to your running experience. Its semi-rigid frame functions as a supportive orthotic by bringing structure to the insoles, while the cushioning in the heel and forefoot remains soft and adaptive. The top layer reduces friction to prevent blisters and is treated with an antimicrobial coating to fight against odor.

Comments: I've been using these insoles for years in my work boots. I walk on concrete floor all day and my knees, legs, and feet all feel great at the end of the day. They provide great support. I've used them in my hiking/trail running shoes and they work ok but are not as flexible. They are best for stiffer sole type shoes but will still work. My Chiropractor got me started on these. They are stiff enough to install and remove easily. They also last a long time and don't leave much of a depression in the sole after many months of wearing. I only replace when the top surface starts to wear from toes and heals.

Comments: For the past eight months I have been dealing with a plantar fascia tear and bone marrow edema in my right foot. While weekly PT and a slow, methodical return to running has helped, these insoles pretty much blew me away. I have tried just about every other specialty running insole on the market in an attempt to find some relief (it's not the tear that hurts at this point; it's the marrow edema) and when I saw this new product, I figured I might as well try it too as the heel-relief cut out intrigued me. Two weeks later and I have seen more improvement in my foot in that time frame than I saw in the 8 months prior - and that was WITH running the Boston Marathon (albeit slowly this year) on it. There's something really, really special about these insoles. The cushioning is superb and the heel relief area actually works! I'm hoping that RW is able to sell the other "exclusive" models eventually as these Originals are a little tight for my running shoes and I think the Low Volume version would work best. Highly recommended if you are suffering from PF or a PF tear and wear a shoe with enough volume to accommodate the insole.

Comments: If you are like me and you are on your feet all day long at work then this insole is perfect for you. Quality comfort and support for just about any shoe I put them in. Relieves pain from my feet to my knees with great cushioning at my toes.
