Good texture and tasteThese have a thinner texture than say, GU gels, that makes them much more palatable and easy to get down. It's also easy to tear the packet open. They do have a strong honey taste which to me is great. If you aren't fond of honey, then go for one of their other flavors.

Comments: I purchased these because they seemed to be very basic as far as gels went. A lot of artificial sweeteners give me indigestion, the last thing you want to be dealing with while out on a run! It doesn't get much better than water, honey, salt, potassium, and B complex. I purchased the assorted pack and love them! Can't wait to try the chocolate!
