All Women's Road Shoes

  • Daily TrainersDaily Trainers

The baseline definition of a running shoe. Daily Trainers lean on time-proven designs, technologies and features for dependable cushioning, support and comfort. They're a staple in every runner's closet, and if you are new to running shoes, then you should start your journey here.

  • Performance TrainersPerformance Trainers

Performance Trainers provide a springy feel and make longer runs easier and faster runs faster. While quicker than Daily Trainers, Performance Trainers are not nearly as fast as Super Shoes. Due to a focus on keeping things light weight, Performance Trainers are less durable than Daily Trainers. These can also be a good option for one's first race shoe.

  • Super ShoesSuper Shoes

Super Shoes are the fastest running shoes you can buy. They are designed to race your absolute best and represent the pinnacle of running shoe technology and innovation. They have the highest energy return foams and plates for new levels of performance. Low durability, but maximum speed is the name of the game here.

Men's Running Shoes by Surface

  • Roads & PavementRoads & Pavement

Road running shoes feature smooth outsoles that are designed for running on paved surfaces such as roads, sidewalks, and bike paths.

  • Smooth Trails & FireroadsSmooth Trails & Fireroads

Designed to handle most trail runs, these shoes prioritize comfort and a smooth ride. These shoes are great for anything from smooth singletrack, park trails, and fireroads making them ideal for those who run from their doorstep on streets before hitting the trail.

  • Rocky & Technical TrailsRocky & Technical Trails

These shoes are best used for hard, rugged trails such as shale, granite or sandstone where grip on smooth surfaces and underfoot protection are important.

  • Soft & Muddy TrailsSoft & Muddy Trails

Designed for use in muddy, soggy conditions, these shoes feature very aggressive outsoles that dig deep into soft ground for exceptional traction.

  • Snowy & Icy TrailsSnowy & Icy Trails

These shoes feature technical outsoles designed to grip snowy and icy trails making them ideal for winter trail running.

Cushioning Level

  • Cushioning level, or stack height, refers to how much shoe is between your foot and the ground. For this category, we reference the amount of cushioning below the forefoot as the heel height will be equal to or greater than the forefoot height.
Learn more about stack heights and how we measure them.

  • Barefoot

0-13mm. The Shoe generally does not have a midsole and feels like there is no cushioning. This shoe is all about feeling the ground underfoot.

  • Minimal

14-18mm. The shoe has a thin midsole that allows for a natural running experience. Racing shoes and minimalist shoes are common here. These shoes offer a feeling of being connected to the road or trail.

  • Low

19-23mm. The shoe has a slightly cushioned feel and may feature added cushioning technologies. Performance training shoes and some trail shoes are common here. These offer protection during footstrike but prioritize a lightweight, grounded experience.

  • Medium

24-28mm. These shoes have a stack height that fall near the middle of the spectrum. The shoes in this category are verstaile and great for all types of runs and distances.

  • High

29-34mm. The shoe has a thick midsole and ample cushioning. These shoes are highly protective and absorb more impact than the body.

  • Maximal

35mm plus. The shoe has an extremely thick midsole and extra cushioning. The focus is on protection and soft foam underfoot with hardly any ground feel.

Stability Level

  • Neutral

Neutral shoes support the foot through a normal range of arch collapse and generally do not have a built-in technology to correct movement.

  • Stable

Stability shoes are a great option for those who overpronate or need added support. These shoes help to limit the inward rolling motion of the ankle while running or walking and assist in guiding the foot straight through the gait cycle.

NOTE: In order to maintain consistency, Running Warehouse hand measures all shoes for accurate stack heights. How We Measure Our Shoe Specs

  • We measure every shoe in-house to provide accurate and consistent details.

  • Weight

The weight is based on a Men's size 9 for Men's and Unisex shoes or Women's size 8 for Women's shoes. The weight listed is for a single shoe, including the laces.

  • Heel Stack

The heel stack refers to how high your heel sits above the ground when wearing shoes. Based on Men's size 9 as the standard.

  • Forefoot Stack

Forefoot stack refers to how high the ball of the foot sits above the ground when wearing shoes. Based on Men's size 9 as the standard.

  • Heel-toe Offset

Heel-toe offset (drop) is the difference in height between the heel stack and the forefoot stack. We use the number given to us by the brand.

How We Measure Shoe Fit

  • All measurements are based on Medium width.

  • Fit (width) options are Narrow - Snug - Average - Roomy - Wide.

  • Sizing (length) options are Short - True - Long. Note: fit is relative to the "average" running shoe.

  • We partner with SmartLast, a program by Heeluxe, to use advanced shoe-measuring technology, to provide objective measurements for toe box, midfoot, and heel widths as well as overall length.

MOON SHOESI was very skeptical of these when I ordered, but I can say these are the most fun shoes I've ever run in. Caveat - I am a 2:34 marathoner training to run sub 2:30 this September 2025, and I do not think this shoe will be efficient for someone running 3:30+ (read why below). Firstly, the shape of this shoe is just absurd. You literally have to learn HOW to run in this shoe. If you are a heel striker, you will not do well in this shoe. The heel bevel forces you on the midfoot, and the shape of the shoe feels like a 12mm+ heel to toe drop so it feels like you're running downhill at all times. They're awkward to run in unless you are really getting up to speed and landing up onto your midfoot / forefoot. But if you are doing that, the shape and foam just transitions you forward in a way I've never felt before. The midsole foam is BOUNCY and RESILIENT. These things feel like you're running on a trampoline. With 60+ mm of Mizunos TPEE foam, you melt into the shoe and it springs you right back up. That, combined with the speed assist shape of the shoe, and the rigidity of the plate gives a really fun ride experience. It may be on the heavier side of comparable racing shoes, but with how forgiving and responsive the midsole is, as well as just the shear volume of shoe you get; I feel that the weight isn't a detriment and it's really only about 7% heavier than the Adios Pros or the Alphaflys. The traction is great, and even though you're running on almost two inches of foam, they feel surprisingly stable while running. I think the plate, the foam type, as well as fully covered outsole itself adds some structure so you're not rolling an ankle any time you take a turn. They feel no less stable than my Adidas Adios Pro 4s, which has a notoriously soft foam and some midsole cut-outs that really make the shoe melt into your foot and into the ground, and it feels quite unstable. My biggest complaint with this shoe is the heel tab. The material around the ankle collar is quite rigid, and has a lot of stitching seams. It does a great job locking your heel down into the shoe so there's no slippage, but all of that rigid stitching TORE up my achilles on my first run in them after just 3 miles in my 15 mile long run. I put band-aids on my achilles for my second trial in them, and I had no issue. The rest of the upper was fantastic. Lockdown was great, they fit true to size, they're breathable, overall very solid. All in all, this shoe is just very fun to run in if you can figure out how to use it, and it will likely be my marathon shoe. I've been able to crush some really solid workouts in them, they're bouncy, and the amount of midsole just gives so much extra energy absorption from hitting the ground so hard for so long.

BouncyThe Mizuno Wave Rebellion Beta is hands down one of the most fun and bouncy shoes I have ever run in. I have used them for two half marathons, and they delivered an energetic and springy ride every time. These shoes feel like they are built for speed, perfect for picking up the pace and maintaining it comfortably over long distances. That said, they are a bit awkward for walking around, as it is clear they are designed with performance rather than casual wear in mind. But if your goal is to go fast and have fun while running, this shoe absolutely delivers. It has been a reliable and enjoyable choice for my races, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast paced and lively ride.

Mizuno ZebraOne way to describe Mizuno Reb. Pro 3: WOW. Once you put it on, the shoe wants to go! I'm not a fast runner, good on bike, not on run. But with this shoe you feel fast, it ask to run, to go!. Again not a good runner but love to run on this shoe! I'm not a little runner (195#) but on this shoe you feel lighter due to the shoe spring! Yes awesome show, definitely buying a second pair for the year triathlon races!

FUNI have the Pro2 loved it, built to go fast. The Beta actually even is more fun to run in. Waiting for different color to buy second pair. Actually like the zebra vibe, I think it makes my feet look smaller

Best One Yet!Got the item immediately. The upper is snug in a good way. Holds the foot in place well. Thin enough to let air through easily but structured enough to not budge nor overheat. Laces are perfect for once and the pattern is ideal. Stack height is indeed tall but is surprisingly stable due to the updated midsole and outsole. Outsole is sticky and resembles that of Puma or Adidas. It could be lighter but matches the Alphafly v3. It is incredibly comfortable to run in at any pace and keeps your rolling without being forceful.
