Water leakExtremely disappointed with this bottle. If the bottle is anything less than completely full, it leaks from the side when you squeeze it while drinking upside down. Instead of getting the water into your mouth, it sprays/leaks all over your clothes. This isn’t just a minor annoyance when running. It wastes valuable hydration, soaks my clothes, and has caused chafing during runs. This happened across 2 different water bottles after I told RunningWarehouse about the 1st one. It’s ridiculous that a running hydration bottle can’t be used normally without leaking all over the runner. I would not recommend this bottle.

Really bad. There are 3 positives about this bottle: it's a good size for longer runs, the lid opening is wide and easy to fill, and the bag on the strap fits an iPhone 16. The huge negative is, the water flow is so restricted that the bottle is useless. See reviews on other sites - everyone has the same issue. It doesn't matter how hard you suck or squeeze, the water flow is tiny. Yanking the nozzle out extra far with your teeth helps marginally, but it can only go so far, it's still not a good flow, and you can't do that every time you drink in the middle of a run. The problem seems to be the plastic on the inside of the lid - it's just too close to the bottom of the nozzle, so too little water gets in there. I even tried cutting the nozzle itself to make that opening a little wider. That didn't help. Really just not a good product.
