Great for everyday training.I like to run with my phone, and it’s hard to find a pair of shorts/tights that will allow you to carry your phone without being too bulky or loose. I got a size small, usually run a 30/31 for pants, and these are tight (they’re tights lol) but I can still put my phone in the back pocket and tighten the draw strings and run all day long with no issues. Never had a pair of half tights with a liner, but it is nice to have a little more coverage/support for the every day training.

Great Track Half-TightsI bought these for my track season and I can honestly say that I have been impressed so far. They have held up well through the wash and during intense workouts and meets. They are tight in the right places and forgiving where it needs to be. I wear these for sprinting events up to the 400m, and I'm sure they would be great for mid-distance as well. Comparatively to more expensive brands and models, these are definitely the best "bang for your buck." The only fault I'll note is that you have to cut off the white tag on the inside to stop it from rubbing, but that is usually expected with exercise wear.

About to order a second pairThis was my first time running in running tights. I am now a big fan. The fit was great as well as comfortable. Originally, I ordered the wrong size but Customer Service was excellent in answering my questions and helping me to process a return. I recommend this running tight as well as The Running Warehouse.
great fitThese tights have a great fit. It has a pocket on the inside that can fit a small iphone. I got the same size as my regular shorts and they work fine.
Love theseThese are great running tights. They fit snug and I love the cord to also the waist. They’ve really helped eliminate all chafing on long runs. I have a 35” waist and the mediums fit great.
