All Women's Road Shoes

  • Daily TrainersDaily Trainers

The baseline definition of a running shoe. Daily Trainers lean on time-proven designs, technologies and features for dependable cushioning, support and comfort. They're a staple in every runner's closet, and if you are new to running shoes, then you should start your journey here.

  • Performance TrainersPerformance Trainers

Performance Trainers provide a springy feel and make longer runs easier and faster runs faster. While quicker than Daily Trainers, Performance Trainers are not nearly as fast as Super Shoes. Due to a focus on keeping things light weight, Performance Trainers are less durable than Daily Trainers. These can also be a good option for one's first race shoe.

  • Super ShoesSuper Shoes

Super Shoes are the fastest running shoes you can buy. They are designed to race your absolute best and represent the pinnacle of running shoe technology and innovation. They have the highest energy return foams and plates for new levels of performance. Low durability, but maximum speed is the name of the game here.

Men's Running Shoes by Surface

  • Roads & PavementRoads & Pavement

Road running shoes feature smooth outsoles that are designed for running on paved surfaces such as roads, sidewalks, and bike paths.

  • Smooth Trails & FireroadsSmooth Trails & Fireroads

Designed to handle most trail runs, these shoes prioritize comfort and a smooth ride. These shoes are great for anything from smooth singletrack, park trails, and fireroads making them ideal for those who run from their doorstep on streets before hitting the trail.

  • Rocky & Technical TrailsRocky & Technical Trails

These shoes are best used for hard, rugged trails such as shale, granite or sandstone where grip on smooth surfaces and underfoot protection are important.

  • Soft & Muddy TrailsSoft & Muddy Trails

Designed for use in muddy, soggy conditions, these shoes feature very aggressive outsoles that dig deep into soft ground for exceptional traction.

  • Snowy & Icy TrailsSnowy & Icy Trails

These shoes feature technical outsoles designed to grip snowy and icy trails making them ideal for winter trail running.

Cushioning Level

  • Cushioning level, or stack height, refers to how much shoe is between your foot and the ground. For this category, we reference the amount of cushioning below the forefoot as the heel height will be equal to or greater than the forefoot height.
Learn more about stack heights and how we measure them.

  • Barefoot

0-13mm. The Shoe generally does not have a midsole and feels like there is no cushioning. This shoe is all about feeling the ground underfoot.

  • Minimal

14-18mm. The shoe has a thin midsole that allows for a natural running experience. Racing shoes and minimalist shoes are common here. These shoes offer a feeling of being connected to the road or trail.

  • Low

19-23mm. The shoe has a slightly cushioned feel and may feature added cushioning technologies. Performance training shoes and some trail shoes are common here. These offer protection during footstrike but prioritize a lightweight, grounded experience.

  • Medium

24-28mm. These shoes have a stack height that fall near the middle of the spectrum. The shoes in this category are verstaile and great for all types of runs and distances.

  • High

29-34mm. The shoe has a thick midsole and ample cushioning. These shoes are highly protective and absorb more impact than the body.

  • Maximal

35mm plus. The shoe has an extremely thick midsole and extra cushioning. The focus is on protection and soft foam underfoot with hardly any ground feel.

Stability Level

  • Neutral

Neutral shoes support the foot through a normal range of arch collapse and generally do not have a built-in technology to correct movement.

  • Stable

Stability shoes are a great option for those who overpronate or need added support. These shoes help to limit the inward rolling motion of the ankle while running or walking and assist in guiding the foot straight through the gait cycle.

Product Details:

The Nike Pegasus Plus is designed for those seeking a performance boost in their daily training. As the renamed update to the renowned Pegasus Turbo line, this model features Nike's most advanced foam, ZoomX, to create a faster underfoot experience than the standard Pegasus.

Featuring a speed-driven design complemented by revamped ZoomX foam cushioning, the Nike Pegasus Plus ensures even more energy return than previous Pegasus Turbo iterations. Offering comfort and top performance, this shoe is a perfect choice for up-tempo runs and fast-paced workouts.

The outsole is constructed with high-abrasion rubber, delivering exceptional traction to meet the demands of intense training. The precision-engineered Flyknit upper is crafted with zonal perforations for low weight and high breathability. Thoughtful touches like a heel-lock eyelet and a midfoot band help keep you locked down, while a traditional tongue provides the trusted and familiar feel of a Pegasus, but with a turbo under the hood.

The Nike Pegasus Plus combines advanced technology and thoughtful design, making it an ideal choice for runners looking for a workhorse with wings. Offering comfort, high performance, and expressive style, this shoe is perfect for up-tempo runs, fast-paced workouts, and even 5K to half marathon races.

How We Measure Our Shoe Specs

  • We measure every shoe in-house to provide accurate and consistent details.

  • Weight

The weight is based on a Men's size 9 for Men's and Unisex shoes or Women's size 8 for Women's shoes. The weight listed is for a single shoe, including the laces.

  • Heel Stack

The heel stack refers to how high your heel sits above the ground when wearing shoes. Based on Men's size 9 as the standard.

  • Forefoot Stack

Forefoot stack refers to how high the ball of the foot sits above the ground when wearing shoes. Based on Men's size 9 as the standard.

  • Heel-toe Offset

Heel-toe offset (drop) is the difference in height between the heel stack and the forefoot stack. We use the number given to us by the brand.

How We Measure Shoe Fit

  • All measurements are based on Medium width.

  • Fit (width) options are Narrow - Snug - Average - Roomy - Wide.

  • Sizing (length) options are Short - True - Long. Note: fit is relative to the "average" running shoe.

  • We partner with SmartLast, a program by Heeluxe, to use advanced shoe-measuring technology, to provide objective measurements for toe box, midfoot, and heel widths as well as overall length.

Roomy?Description states Roomy mid section and Roomy Toe Box! I do not find this to be close to true. You need to size up at least 1 full size in this shoe. I have a narrow 6.5 size foot. Purchased a 7 first. Ridiculously tight overall. Ordered 7.5 and although Im gonna say it fits, it is still tight. Toe box style is not roomy. In fact toes are scrunched together in 7.5. Although the outer rubber sole appears to make upper part of shoe LOOK roomy, the actual material of shoe is very narrow. Pro: They are lightweight which is what I need, so Im going to try them out. I have a feeling foot is gonna hurt after my run and Running Warehouse does not allow for return of worn shoe. So I'm really hoping I'm making good decision keeping the 7.5. I would not purchase online. Go somewhere first and try on before you buy these.

Decent dailyShoes feel fine. These are louder than Pegasus I have run in previously. Not blown away by them but there isn’t really anything bad either.

First ImpressionsAn improved version of my Pegasus Turbo 2. True to size, if not a bit roomy in the toe box. ZoomX is well-regarded for its innovative design and performance, and it doesn’t disappoint here with plenty of bounce. Upper is much better, lockdown feels like a glove. All in all I am very happy with them as they are exactly what I am looking for in an everyday type of shoe. Eager to get more miles in them.

First ImpressionsSolid choice for both novice and seasoned runners. Sleek design and responsive cushioning make this a blast to run in. ZoomX midsole has no plate which makes it very flexible, providing excellent shock absorption, and helping to reduce fatigue over longer distances. Flyknit upper is light, breathable I've seen so far in Nike shoes and not as stiff as those in past Nike iterations. One of the best I have come across. Overall, the Pegasus Plus combines style, comfort, and performance.

Good running shoesWouldn’t use them for any type of fast runs, however, they are a good pair of daily trainers for easy mileage.

Run or walk, look and feel goodI got these because of the rave reviews on YouTube, and boy do they impress. I mostly walk in them and they’re super comfy. I love the all-white with the big swoosh, so it puts some style into my wardrobe. I’ve only gone on one 3-mile up-tempo run, and I surprisingly really enjoyed them. The reason I say surprisingly is because the ground feel is quite intense given the squishiness of the zoomx foam. But there’s something slightly magical about it, and it translated into a fun and springy run with good ground feel. I wouldn’t go much longer than 3 miles, well maybe up to 6… Please keep making this exact same shoe Nike, I’ll eventually need to replace this pair.

The Peg is BackI wasn't super sure about this shoe when I first took it out of the box for an easy run, but the following day I took it to the track for an interval workout and I ran as fast as I would have in any carbon plated shoe. This version of the Pegasus is the real deal, great for workouts and for those uptempo run and faster long runs. These are moderately bouncy, snappy, and they disappear on your foot. Reminded me of the old versions of the Pegasus like versions 37 and 38, which you could throw on for anything and it was everything you needed. I think these excel in a shoe rotation with a cushy daily trainer for the easier miles and a race shoe for those key workouts and races, using the Pegasus Plus for those faster weekly efforts focused on gaining fitness and getting stronger, things like tempo runs and intervals, while also wanting a little more protection than something like the Streakfly or the Takumi Sen can offer. I would definitely buy these again, though hopefully they can bring the price down to $160 soon.

Old School for the New SchoolFirst run out of the box was a ten miler. Subsequent runs were all around six miles with some marathon pace miles. Incredibly comfortable and the Zoomx was moderately soft and bouncy. Old school vibes with a traditional 10mm drop but the foam feels better than the EVA from years past.
