School Record!These shoes were recommended by my daughter's Cross Country coach. She set the school record in her 2nd race with these shoes, so I'd say they made a significant improvement in her overall time. These are 'race day' only shoes and not to wear for long periods at practice. They are incredibly light a provide a lot of traction with the spikes, especially now that runners are dealing with some wet ground conditions.

Great youth xc shoeThis shoe runs true-to-size. My son was experiencing heel soreness with other spikes but he found this one had just the right amount of support. He has been racing well in this shoe.

Great Cross country spikesThe spikes are great. I used the nike dragonflys in the past but I found the rivals kept my feet and ankles more stable on the grass courses. They are tight and feel super light.

recommendthese shoes are so good for beginners. If you are looking for some shoes that can make run better and that can improve your time I would recommend these. If you have bigger feet I would recommend to go one size up or half a size up.

Decent spikes to get you through senior yearThese spikes were a last minute purchase for my son's senior year of cross country. Not continuing his running career after high school, it didn't seem necessary to purchase an expensive pair. Overall, he has rated these spikes as adequate. He has a wide foot, but these fit him well. His only complaint is that they've cause some fairly large blisters in areas of the foot that previous spikes had not. However, this is probably user error, as he didn't break them in before racing in them.

Nike Zoom Rival spikesI didn't get the right size at first, so I sent them back to Running Warehouse and they sent me a new size very quickly! I am very pleased with my spikes :) I have never worn spikes for cross country, but I love them!!1

So far, so goodMy 9th grade son has worn these for 3 XC races so far and has no complaints. He especially liked the included pyramid spikes for one of the races that was particular muddy. He says they feel light, but responsive. He’s an average runner, so this was a nice option over the $$$ Nike dragonflies.

XC SpikesSpikes feel good, however the shoes themselves are a tad snug. I'd recommend going up 1/2 size than you normally would get for a better and more comfortable fit.

Buy A Half Size Up!I bought true to size and they were small. Had to buy another pair a half size up and return the other. Other than being slightly narrow, everything else about the shoe is great. Worked well in XC races.
Runs smallThis is a nice looking spike and seems well made, however it runs small and narrow. My daughter usually wears a 8.5 and a 10 was too small.
GreatRan my first meet of the season in these and dropped a 16:53. These spikes are really comfortable and just feel nice to run in. I especially like the triangle spike that are meant for grass. Definitely recommend for really anyone, but if you can get Dragonfly's then buy those.
NarrowWorks well for a lot of people, but I and a couple of my teammates found the toe box to be pretty narrow.
Also the material is nicely structured, but thicker than most spikes I’ve worn which can be good or bad depending on what you prefer.
