Previous Feedback
Comments: Was experiencing pain between my big toes that would creep up after 30-40 minutes of jogging even with shoes with a wide toe box. Inserted these and felt no pain after 40 minutes of jogging. The 3rd time I jogged with felt a much lesser pain after 1 1/2 hours, so they noticeably help stave off the pain associated with metarsal issues.

Comments: Ordered two more pairs. Plantar fasciitis has gone away since I have used these. Can't emphasize how relieved I am.

Comments: Substantial metatarsal and arch support. Ameliorates (my) planar fasciitis. Very comfortable. Just bought my second pair. More substantial that the CurrexSole RunPro High which I returned.

Comments: When Powerstep stopped producing its red Pinnacle insert I was upset. The red insert had allowed me to continue to be on the road daily. The combination of the red Powerstep insert and the Hoka Bondi had reduced the pain due to a neuroma I endured every day. Well, sometime later I discovered that Powerstep had actually replaced that insert with the Pinnacle Plus. My goodness!! Right from the very first outing, I discovered a new life in my walking/running world. The neuroma discomfort was kept at a minimum with the Pinnacle Plus and I now faithfully walk aggressively every morning on an out and back 6.4 mile route. The best part is that from day #1 in the new Pinnacle Plus I ran the entire 3.2 miles coming back and have been doing so since. The running is due primarily due to the cushioning the insert provides in the heel. It is an added plus to the picture. I'm 74 years of age and cherish every early morning on the road.
