Overview
SaltStick Electrolyte Fastchews 60 Tablets are a great way to add electrolytes without adding calories. The SaltStick Fastchew formula of electrolytes helps prevent muscle cramping and maintain muscle function. The lightly flavored chews provide sodium, magnesium, calcium, and potassium to offer a complete set of electrolytes that get lost from sweat.
Serving size is 2 tablets and recommended use is two tablets every 30 minutes when running for two hours or longer. The chews are made of non-GMO ingredients and are gluten-free, vegetarian-friendly and free of artificial sweeteners.

Comments: These are great if you need portable electrolytes. It came in handy for my back to back 20k trail run and half marathon in 70+ degree weather. Any signs of cramping quickly dissipated after getting these in to my system. Will definitely buy again.
