Product Details:

Since its introduction to the running scene, the Saucony Endorphin Speed has earned the reputation of being a fantastic lightweight and fast running shoe that dedicated runners love to lace up on speed days and longer faster efforts. With the fourth iteration, we see a lot of the same magic that made the Speed 3 one of the best shoes money could buy, in addition to some upgrades that help make the shoe more efficient and more stable.

Starting with the midsole, the Endorphin Speed 4 features the same wonderfully soft and responsive PWRRUN PB cushioning that encases a redesigned winged nylon plate. These two elements work with the SPEEDROLL geometry to deliver a highly energetic and efficient underfoot experience. The winged plate adds torsional rigidity in the heel while maintaining flexibility through the forefoot. This offers the stability runners need for cornering and making tight turns while simultaneously propelling the foot forward. Meanwhile, the PWRRUN PB offers an ultra-bouncy ride that makes track workouts a blast while delivering the protection needed to tackle long runs with ease.

In the outsole, the lattice designed rubber layout offers fantastic traction and durability. Despite the technology that's packed into this shoe, the Speed 4 is very lightweight. Helping to keep the weight down is the engineered mesh upper that strikes the perfect balance between being minimal yet secure. The integrated tongue not only helps with lock down, but it is so comfortable that you'll forget it's there.

Overall, the Endorphin Speed 4 carries the legacy of its predecessors while adding a bit of flare that elevates it to be a shoe that helps runners push the pace during their hardest training efforts.

SpeedyOverall I like the shoes and intend to use them for workout days when I want to go fast. It feels like I am fighting the shoe to run at an easier paces. They feel different than the speed 3 to me. The shoe feels more firm and has a narrower fit. They have some bounce but it seems less than the last version.

SADI really wanted to love these as much as I love the Endorphin Speed 3's. The 3's are my absolute favorite with a 5 star rating. The new 4's are much stiffer, not as much cushion and a bit narrow in the toe box. I don't hate them, but I won't be ordering another pair. I have several of the 3's (thank goodness) so really hoping when they come out with the 5's they will be more like the 3's. The 4's are ok for short runs. I used them for 2 half marathons, and both times my feet hurt after 13 miles.

I miss the Speed 3!While I had REALLY liked the Saucony Endorphin Pro 2, I absolutely LOVED the Saucony Endorphin Speed 3. It had just the right amount of cushion on long mile days, and with the nylon plate, it had just enough pick-up-and-go on speed days. It really was my "do-everything" shoe. With that said, I was excited about getting my hands on the Speed 4. Problem is that they just never felt good. I found them to be too firm for me (which is strange, because the Endorphin Pro 2's where essentially just plated racing flats). Perhaps if I just gave them a little more time to break in I might have felt differently. I just couldn't do it, though, as my feet hurt after each run. I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars. Certainly not the worst running shoe I've ever worn, but no where near what I thought I'd be getting when I upgraded from the Endorphin Speed 3s.

I like the 3's betterI love the Endorphin 3's. The 4's are a good running shoe, just not 5 stars like I would give the 3's. The 4's have less cushion, and the toe box is more narrow. They are ok for a half marathon, but my feet hurt training longer miles (16) for a marathon. I hope the 5's come out soon and have a wider toe box and more cushion because I don't see buying another pair of the 4's.

Great speed workout shoeWanted to find something that I could wear for longer workouts that made me feel faster and help me recover better, but wasn’t a full on carbon plate. These really hit the spot. I feel nice and light and well cushioned, but I still feel the extra benefits when I put my carbons on for race day.

There’s good and badI was previously an Endorphin Speed 3 user, and loved them. The Speed 4s definitely feel lighter and give a fantastic bounce when doing speed work, and are comfortable enough for longs runs. The not so good - the mid foot feels narrower than the Speed 3s. Currently works ok with thinner socks, but not sure when my feet expand with summer temperatures. Will preserve for a bit longer. That said, they are roomy in the toes.

Fast but no cushionI loved the speed 3s and went through 8 pairs. The 4s are very different. They are “faster than the 3s” and able to achieve faster pace with same effort. However, there is very little cushioning compared to 3s. Using these shoes as a daily trainer is asking for injury

PB SmasherEveryone thinks I am cheating because I have smashed my half marathon and 10k PB and I shaved two seconds of my mile time. It's a light and responsive shoe, I have own every single endorphin shoe in the line, it's a great shoe! It's a little narrow but it's not uncomfortable, I wear these shoes for my speed workouts (around 7-8 miles) I feel great afterwards and recovered! I highly recommend them!

Not a good fitFor me, the Saucony Endorphin Speed feels wider and a bit sloppy on my feet and I sized down 1/2 a size. I also feel the rubber sole near the heel wears out quickly. It just starts to peel off. If the shoe fit my foot better, I do like the comfort, cush and ride for everyday running.

Endorphin Speed 4Great revamp of the Speed 3! The upper is a big improvement over the Speed 3, with the toe box being slightly more roomier. Still feels as quick as the 3’s. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Good shoe-To narrowI have had all the previous versions of the Saucony Endorphin Speed. They were all well built, great materials, comfortable, stylish, nice color choices, fit perfectly. Then for some odd reason Saucony decided to make the newest version very noticeably narrower. Why?? Really liked the newest iteration but had to return due to how narrow they are.

Best running shoe I have used!I was born with a clubbed foot so finding good running shoes is a challenge. The saucony endorphin speed 4 has an 8mm drop that takes pressure off my short Achilles tendon and the plate allows for smooth transitions for long running. Would recommend 100% of the time for speed or daily runs. For reference I am a 5’10” 170 pound runner training for a marathon.

Awesome Shoes , but with narrower toe boxI am a big fan of Speed series, the cushion is nice and responsive. The bounce back while running always helps. Have been using it since first version. I dont understand why Saucony had to narrow down the toe box, it was causing me pain in the Pinky toe in long runs. thats the only drawback with the shoe.

Why the change??Have greatly appreciated many things about the Saucony Speed model for years. Have had several pairs. Why did the manufacturer decide the make the shoe so much narrower? Quite noticeable from prior versions. It is a quality shoe but this change was simply odd! Also the review from running warehouse indicated the toe box was "roomy" I suppose if your foot is narrow to begin with.

A good fit with a good running feelMy first pair of Speeds was version 1, loved them. Version 4 is a return of that loving feeling. It took a few miles to stretch thing out but then I fell into a nice grove. The uppers are durable and with any of my shoes I have to add some bike tire pieces to the outer portion of the sole due to my proration. I have been running for close to 20 years and I would put Speeds in the top 5.

Reliable, light, and fast!I wore my 4th pair this year at the Chicago marathon and it performed beautifully. Just wore them for a shake out run, basically to test the running socks, and then did run the race with this responsive shoe. Wet floors around water tables were not a problem and they felt stable on tight street turns. The nylon plate allows for a flexible shoe that helps my ankle mobility issues due to injuries and I wear them for all key workouts. I highly recommend these shoes.

Very squishy and very tallShoe was way too tall and squishy. The stack height felt much higher than indicated in the shoe specs. I have the Boston 12 and I believe they were roughly the same stack but feel much lower. These companies need to actually give accurate stack heights.

Saucony why did you change this shoe???I had such high hopes for the 4’s, been a Saucony lover since the 2’s , loved the 3’s still have a couple in my rotation. The 4’s feel heavy, not as bouncy as the previous two iterations. I’m going to keep them only for recovery or easy miles , definitely disappointed

New not necessarily improvedThis is the second pair of this iteration of the Endorphins. This version has a good gher stack height that the last pair. The cushion is more with this pair, but the plate doesn't feel as reactive. These shoes also feel a bit stiff to me and don't pop as much as the prior version. It's a very good shoe. I preferred the version with less cushion and more road feel. I still like these

Good, with some issuesOverall I like the Shoe. The foam is responsive and the more flexible plate makes a good everyday/fast shoe. In terms of upper and fit, I have a little heel slippage, which is annoying. Would be great if they added one of those little "pillows" to hold the heel without having to tighten the shoe too much. To avoid the heel slippage I end up tightening the shoe too much, and even got some numbness in the front of the foot, so I have to loosen it and try to find a balance. In the end its not a perfect fit for me, even trying several types of socks... but with a lot of "tunning" it works, especially with a thinner material sock, with some adherent details on the heel.

A little to narrowAfter 5 pairs of Speed 3, -yes, I like them that much- and around 5,000 KM since I always get me a new pair every 1,000 KM, I finally got my first Speed 4. Another good oneI've run in the Endorphin Speed 1 and 3 as well, and I feel that this is the best iteration. The midsole material is still nicely fast and bouncy, making this a great tempo shoe as well as a good everyday trainer. The biggest improvement in this version is that it's significantly more stable feeling than the 3, and worlds more stable than the 1. The biggest drawback is probably the significant heel slippage, but that doesn't really bother me much.

First time Saucony and Endorphin ownerSo far I love this shoe. I have been a New Balance fan for many years but started running again after several years off. I am training for Hyrox so needed a shoe good for running and events like lunges, sled push, etc. This shoe is hitting a homer un so far. Great feel while running (super light) and versatile enough for the other events. Very happy with my choice.

Nice ShoeThis was a great update to a fun shoe! As someone who was not a huge fan of the endorphin speed 3, I really enjoyed this new version of the speed! It felt light and fast, but not as bulky and unstable as the 3 felt to me. The rocker didn’t feel as harsh to me in the 4 which was great because this caused me to have foot arch pain in the 3. I could see myself doing daily miles and speedwork easily in the speed 4!

Fast tempo shoeGreat all around shoe for going on faster tempo runs and going longer distances. I've had V1 and V2 which I felt didn't have quite enough stability and structure for long runs (16-20 miles). V4 Feels more stable and structed to help when you are more fatigued in the later miles. The responsiveness of the midsole and good toe off makes this shoe exceptional for faster runs and strides, while the comfort of the foam and flexibility of the plate makes warmup miles not a struggle. The one caveat I have with the shoe is that I personally have a high volume foot and slightly wider than standard foot by the toes. While the toe box of the shoe was wide enough, the lower volume caused rubbing against my first mtp joints on my foot causing blisters. If I had a standard volume foot, this would be the perfect training shoe for practically any training run.

Worth the priceI am currently training my first marathon and initially I was hesitant on purchasing the shoes because I was tight on money. However, my boyfriend had convinced me that it'll be worth it as he has them too. I hate to say it, but he was right. It was response and comfortable for speed day. However, I would only recommend for speed day. Breathable and light.

Almost love themI absolutely loved my endorphin speed 3s. But I need a wide for my forefoot for my bunions. Since the 4s are supposed to have a wider forefoot, I tried the regular width. The toe box for me is a little too narrow. One foot it doesn't bother me, and the shoe is amazing! But the other unfortunately it squishes my forefoot and toes. With some creative lacing I can make it work. Overall the ride is great and they can go fast or slow for me. I am really hoping for a wide version to come out!

My first speed shoeI am a beginner runner in my 20s who started running just earlier this year. No prior athletic experience at all, completely sedentary. 80kg weight. 5k time: 30:54 achieved about a month ago. My easy pace is around 7-7:30/km and threshold pace at 5:30-6:00/km. 160-170 cadence. Needed a shoe for my speed workouts/race day, I currently have Glycerin 21 as my base/long run shoe. After scouring through many reviews, landed with the ES4. My true foot size is a 8.5 and 2E width. For the ES4, I went with size 9.5 and regular width. Size 9 is a bit too narrow on my little toes. Likes: Very comfortable shoe that I can take even on my easy runs. Rolls along very nicely. I dont have enough experience with running shoes to be able to describe if the shoe is bouncy, etc... But compared to my Glycerin 21 (which itself is a cushioned but also versatile daily trainer), I have noticed from my paces that within the same pace on the Glycerin, it takes way less effort and easier to run that pace. It's a very noticeable difference. So it accomplishes its goal of being my speed shoe. Dislikes: I do have some problems with heel lockdown as I start to pick up the pace. However, this is solved by doing a heel lock lacing technique. My only other complaint is that the quality of the laces seems to be not that good. It is very susceptible to easily fraying so I have to be very careful whenever I am trying to pick on and untying my laces. Overall a nice comfortable shoe, very suitable for speed workouts/race day. But still comfortable enough to take it on easy/recovery paces and long runs.

2nd PairI have just started getting into more serious running this year starting back in January 2024. It took me a while and a few brands to find my go to everyday trainers until I came across the Speed 4. I have ran these babies to the ground and am on my second pair now. They are very versatile and extremely comfortable in the right places. Durable as well as I’ve taken them through just about every track, trail, road, and other around my area in Texas. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys running and is more serious about it and needs a good all around go to. I’m ex military and was your typical athlete in high school down in Texas who played football growing up. I with I had some shoes like this back then!

Solid, but not the best versionI have about 100 miles on it and while there’s nothing wrong with the shoe, it just doesn’t standout. The shoe fits TTS and has good lockdown. While firmer and a more aggressive rocker than the ES3, it’s not as responsive as the ES2.

Lightweight, Bouncy, PropulsionFirst foray into Saucony shoes after exclusively wearing New Balance for a number of years and not liking how wide the NB Rebels are this year. Fits my narrow feet perfectly and the upper is comfortable mesh. Have about 100+ miles and have to say I am impressed. Enough cushioning for daily training and workouts and not much noticeable wear after using on multiple surfaces (roads, track and gravel) so they appear to be durable. The shoe is bouncy and feels like I'm being propelled forward with each step. Feels good at any pace but makes faster speeds feel more effortless. I do notice the heel a little bit with the wings but nothing that affects my running.

Best version yetI ran in both the 2 and 3. The 2 was very fast and responsive but a bit too unstable for me. The 3 was more stable and soft. The 4 has the best of both the 2 and 3 versions. It’s stable, fast, and better in the toe box for me. 2 was more narrow and 3 too wide causing me to have to size down. I go with the same size in the 4 as I did with the 2. I’ve designed this shoe as my tempo run shoe and have done several 5-10 mile runs in it.

Not for me- but maybe for y’allI was very excited for this version of the speed. I owned and ran thru versions 1 and 3. Version 4 felt very different. The nylon plate felt very flexible, I was not getting any of the lovely rolling sensation from the previous versions. I found it to flex more in the middle of the foot, which didn’t work with my heel strike pattern. The forefoot also felt long to me, not as race-ready feeling as the previous versions. I used it for easy runs up to 10 miles, and track sessions. I ended up returning them because they felt like everyday trainers, not necessarily speed or workout shoes for me, and at the price point I would rather use other daily trainers.

Endorphin Speed 4 - Great surprise! To be honest, I was a bit wary to try the speed 4. I loved the speed 3’s so much - I went through 3 pairs putting about 1000 Km’s ob each pair. I used them mainly for longer type marathon training runs… along with the superblast. I kept hearing how the speed 4’s were firmer, narrower and less comfortable… Well - I decided to give them a try and boy did I enjoy them.!! They are a bit more firm but in an efficient and even comfortable way. The upper is even better than the speed 3’s and the fit was great - slightly more form fitting but in no way uncomfortable. The speed 4’s will be great in my rotation as a mid- long distance shoe for any pace and especially when I have some pace work within the run. I will continue to rotate them with the superblast 1/2 - which I tend to use more as the runs go longer than 25-30K. Although sometimes I do choose the speeds if I feel I want something a bit more nimble on foot. Great job saucony !

Improvement over 3’s but still not 2’s!Overall I like the update over Speed 3’s, the ride is stable, fit is good, nice and lightweight, but the underfoot is still far more firm than Speed 2’s, I really miss the combination of soft, squishy but responsive energy return in the version 2’s.

Just buy it!Been running with endorphin speed 3 for the past year and a half. Decided to try out the speed 4s. Do yourself and favor and upgrade! These don't dig into the heal like the speed 3. These have more breathability at the ankles and keeps the stability and speed of the shoe. For reference, I'm a 30yo M who ran through 5 pairs of the speed 3s within a year and qualified for the Boston Marathon.

Just an OK shoeI’ve had 3 pairs of Speed 3’s and put between 500 - 600 miles on each pair and loved how similar they were to the Pro’s. I was hearing such great reviews about the new Speed 4’s so I decided to get a pair. I put 30 miles on them in the first weeks and they are a decent training shoe. I’m now up to over 100 miles on them after 6 weeks and don’t think they are as good as the 3’s. I’m a forefoot striker and under forefoot experience and feel is not the same as the 3’s. In my opinion they have less bounce and they are a more clunky and flat feeling shoe, like a more basic trainer, compared the previous Speed 3’s. There is a different style nylon plate in these and think that is why they don’t propel you forward as much as the 3’s do. They seem to be wearing fine so no issues there yet and I did not have any hot spots. I do like the new thinner style tongue and feel that is then only improvement with this model over the 3’s. In my opinion, spend a few more $$ and just get the Pro’s.

Mid-cycle UpdateRandom issue: these tend to smell bad very quickly. The new cushy tongue traps odor resulting in the shoes smelling gross after almost every run. I have washed them and let them air dry in the sun - odor goes away, only to return on the very next run. I do not have this issue with Speed 2's or 3's (or Nikes) that I rotate through. Also, the 4's wear much faster than the 2's or 3's. Overall, still a good all-around shoe, but a step back compared to Speed 2 or 3.

Saucony Endorphin Speed 4Love this model! No break in needed and work perfectly as an everyday trainer or for racing half’s/fulls. I ran double digits in them right out of the box and had zero problems. Saucony Endorphin Speeds are my go to shoe!

Saucony Endorphin Speed 4I thought this was an outstanding shoe in terms of construction, cushioning, and performance at low speeds as well as high speed. It definitely promotes improved running form. I found that I was able to cycle through with excellent form after takeoff. I loved the midfoot contact and release at toe off.Beautiful craftsmanship. Unfortunately, I have very wide feet and I found the average forefoot width challenging. I wish that the shoe were a bit wider for me. I thought about cutting a small hole near my fifth metatarsal, but that was not a viable option. I’ll keep looking for a wider version of any of the.Saucony shoes Including track shoes. Sometimes you don’t know to try them on! Outstanding customer service from running warehouse.

So comfy! These are my go-to shoes. I wear them whenever I am in the mood for any kind of run, whether it's a long run, tempo run, some quick drills, or an easy run. They're great straight out of the box, offers support with just the right amount of cushioning.

75 Miles in to My 1st Carbon ShoeI've got 75 fast miles on these (maybe more; I'm terrible at tracking mileage by shoe. Using on speed work and tempo days in training for a 3hr marathon attempt. Love the weight and breathability. I feel sturdy and fast. It's got cushion, but doesn't go overboard. I'm usually a HOKA guy, but I'm pretty impressed with these. Compared with the price point of plated shoes, I feel like these are a great value too. This morning, I noticed the normally very grippy soles started to slip just a hair on some concrete spots during a rainy tempo day. Nothing major, but for as much grip as they usually have, I was just a little surprised.

Solid Long Run WorkhorseThis shoe has a really smooth transition on longer runs for me. It is easy to hit a pocket and just stay there for a while. It also feels fine at easier paces, however, I find it feels best at a slightly faster/steady pace (anything under 7:00/mi). Definitely not a shoe I would personally race in, but is a super nice part of my marathon build rotation.

Seems to be a good fitI’d been looking for another shoe to add to my rotation after one of my other shoes were updated and no longer worked. I hadn’t tried Saucony in a long time and I’m glad I revisited the brand! They seem to work well - I’m dealing with an injury so haven’t been running as much as usual, but these seem to be working well so far!

Still Great All Around TrainerLongtime Endo Speed runner - dozens of pairs from all 4 gens. 95% solution for 95% of your needs. Compared to the 3, the new 4 feels lighter, yet slightly less cushy - particularly in the midfoot - than its predecessor. Very subtle, likely only noticeable if you run in them back to back. As mentioned, toebox is narrower than all 3 previous versions. Not a problem for me, but noticeable and could be an issue for some. Fits as expected, though I have had issues with heel lockdown that I did not experience in the past. Still the best training compliment to race shoes, but maybe not quite as good as the 2 or 3.

Just okThe Endorphin Speed 4 is a ok shoe for daily runs , tempo runs and maybe repeats on the track. I got spoiled on the speed 2s , to me that’s the GOAT of fast bouncy , speed work and short race distance shoe. The Speed 4 to me is not a long distance shoe and for sure not a marathon shoe it just don’t have enough stack height and cushioning. Lots of shoes these days with more bounce and cushion than the Speed 4

From First Steps to Breaking the Tape! From a training run to running a marathon, the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 does it all! I was looking for a show that didn't feel as heavy as a usual daily trainer, and would give me some snap and spring for interval and tempo runs. What I found was a shoe that is comfortable to wear, responds well whenever I pick up the pace, and remains comfortable for longer distances. In fact, it is a shoe I'd wear for a 10K or a half marathon, and as an allternate to my Endorphin Pro 4's for a marathon. Priced at $170, it is a remarkable value, and is a great choice for someone not willing to pay upwards of $300 for a race day shoe. The Saucony Endorphn Speed 4 really does it all!

Not Like The Speed 3I've been a HUGE fan of the endorphin speed since the very first version. Last years, the Speed 3, was by far my favorite. I put over 400 miles in them. They were great for all types of runs. Easy days, tempo days and speed work. This is not the case with the Speed 4. My first impression was that they felt really stiff and unforgiving in comparison to the Speed 3. Not going to work for slower runs. I also went out for a 10k tempo effort. They felt fine and worked good enough for those efforts but I wasn't overly impressed by the feeling at faster efforts either. Regrettably, I sent mine back.

Versatile but lacks top end stabilityI broke these shoes in by putting them through my speed workout and long run efforts. Right off the bat I could tell the shoe was going to be a star, light, bouncy and the rocker makes hip turnover easy. It reminded me of my vaporflys minus the carbon. During the speed workout, when my efforts really picked up, (I was running at a sub 6:30/mile pace) I felt the shoe lacked stability. The tall stack and lack of carbon support really showed here. It was squishy when I would plant. That said, I was able to complete the workout effectively and my legs felt great. The shoe can definitely handle quicker paces but may not be the best option for those all out efforts. Now on my long run this shoe really showed what it can do. I changed the paces up and had quite the hilly route. So it saw paces from 7:30 to 9:00 and there isn’t another shoe out there I would have rather had on. The bounce, turnover, softness, (still some stability from the nylon plate) how light the shoe feels, and breathability of the upper really shines. I did heel lock them but may. It be necessary for everyone. Love the thickness of the tongue to protect you from the laces. I won’t be setting any records in the marathon and plan on wearing this shoe for my run leg of an Ironman I have signed up for. This shoe is exactly what it is advertised as. A super trainer.

Saucony Endorphin Speed 4I started with the Saucony Endorphin Speed 3. I can't explain but I just ran faster with the same effort. I feel like the show propels you forward. I like to run in light shoes 8 ounces or less but these shoes just seem to make my easy or hard runs effortless. I purchased the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 and found the same results. I used to switch shoe brands on my runs but have settled on the Endorphin Speed shoes.

Great shoe for speedwork and temposI tried these out for my speed and tempo workouts after discussing my over pronation issues with a sales rep. While I loved the ride and cushion, these just didn't work for me because of my over-pronation - we thought that with my "fairly efficient stride", MAYBE the plastic plate could help control the pronation, but it didn't help enough. I ended up returning these and going with the Tempus for my speed trainers -- BUT if you're blessed with a neutral foot strike, give these a try!

Too NarrowI have a pretty narrow foot, but this shoe is a different type of narrow. My pinky toe was bulging out the sides and I tried to find comfort in them, but unfortunately these shoes would cause more harm than good. If you have a super narrow and thinner foot, these would probably work for you, but I would try them on locally before ordering a pair of these.

When speed 4 was released I wanted to give it one more try, and I was so happy. They felt like the first model. So for those hesitant to try but loyal to the brand, you should give them one more chance.

Modern all-around shoeThe Endorphin Speed 4 seems to have the performance and durability good for long runs on road and gravel alike. It is pretty comfortable and certainly has a noticeable drop when doing speed workout. I am more of a heel striker so after wearing this a few times for road and track workouts, decided to exchange for another brand of shoe. Nothing wrong with the design, just not the perfect running shoe for me.

Miss the Speed 2'sHad Speed and Pro 1's, 2's, and Pro 3's. Skipped the Speed 3's because I really disliked how bulky and slow it felt compared to the snappy and slightly unstable speed 2 (which really didn't bother me). Officially worn down on all of my speed 2's and bought a pair of speed 4's. Tried them and while a little better than the 2 I really just dislike the shoe. It feels slow. It makes running feel like a lot more work than a speed 2. I only put ~9 miles on them and returned them.

Sizing is wrong - but otherwise..Have worn 14s in the Speed 1,2 and 3 but got 14s in the 4s and they were like clown shoes. Reordered 13s and the insoles of the 13s are exactly the same size as the insoles in my 14s. So if you wear a 13 or a 14 - you'll likely have to go down a size.

Best Endorphin yetFell in love with the Endorphin series a few years ago and haven't really found many other brands that stack up. I've ran in the Endorphin speed/pro 1, 2, and 3 along with the Endorphin Elite and I've got to say that the Endorphin Speed 4 seems like the best so far. I've only ran around 20 miles in the including a 14 mile long run but so far they have the structure and spring of the Endorphin speed 2's along with the light weight of the Speed 3's.
