  • Low

19-23mm. The shoe has a slightly cushioned feel and may feature added cushioning technologies. Performance training shoes and some trail shoes are common here. These offer protection during footstrike but prioritize a lightweight, grounded experience.

Stability Level

  • Neutral

Neutral shoes support the foot through a normal range of arch collapse and generally do not have a built-in technology to correct movement.

  • Stable

Stability shoes are a great option for those who overpronate or need added support. These shoes help to limit the inward rolling motion of the ankle while running or walking and assist in guiding the foot straight through the gait cycle.

How We Measure Our Shoe Specs

  • We measure every shoe in-house to provide accurate and consistent details.

  • Weight

The weight is based on a Men's size 9 for Men's and Unisex shoes or Women's size 8 for Women's shoes. The weight listed is for a single shoe, including the laces.

  • Heel Stack

The heel stack refers to how high your heel sits above the ground when wearing shoes. Based on Men's size 9 as the standard.

  • Forefoot Stack

Forefoot stack refers to how high the ball of the foot sits above the ground when wearing shoes. Based on Men's size 9 as the standard.

  • Heel-toe Offset

Heel-toe offset (drop) is the difference in height between the heel stack and the forefoot stack. We use the number given to us by the brand.

How We Measure Shoe Fit

  • All measurements are based on Medium width.

  • Fit (width) options are Narrow - Snug - Average - Roomy - Wide.

  • Sizing (length) options are Short - True - Long. Note: fit is relative to the "average" running shoe.

  • We partner with SmartLast, a program by Heeluxe, to use advanced shoe-measuring technology, to provide objective measurements for toe box, midfoot, and heel widths as well as overall length.

Alleviation of Plantar Fasciitis!!!This shoe is all around amazing! Aside from its blasting neon color, it has a nice moderate arch that provides great support. If you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, then this shoe should be on your list of go to shoes. Although this says trail shoe, it can be used any time anywhere. It's even great for nighttime walks as it allows you to be seen. The amount of cushioning is not too much nor too little, just like the Three Little Bears, "It's just right." this is definitely a shoe that will leave you saying "I'm glad i bought these."

Poor designThe designer of this shoe does not understand strength of materials. The sole of this shoe fell apart. I could see right thru the sole of this shoe. If would be a good shoe if you never ran on trails.

Very ComfortableI had been running on a treadmill for the past 15 years, but due to my circumstances, I quit for almost a year. When I started running again, I had to run outside, mainly on gravel-type dirt roads. When I started running again, I used my treadmill running shoes, which injured my foot. I did a lot of research and tried this brand of Saucony, and I am very pleased with the comfort and support they give my feet.

Great shoe, but narrow in toe boxThe Peregrine is a great trail running shoe. However, it didn't work for me because it was too narrow in the toe box and didn't allow enough room for my normal volume foot. The midsole is also rather firm, even though it has a very cushy insole.

Great upperThe upper part of this shoe feels incredible and is quite comfortable and breathable while still maintaining support. Good traction and responsive. The shoe doesn’t feel as stable on rough trail as I’d hoped, my ankles could use more support.

Good support sneakerI traveled wearing this sneakers from East Coast to the West Coast with no issues. The D width is tighter than the New Balance brand. I wore thinner socks and it worked fine. Day second I went for a 5.9 mile walk and my feet didn’t hurt or feel sore. I love the way they feel on my feet.
