Best Triumph in Years! This iteration of the Triumph is the best that Saucony has produced in years. The foam is very plush but very responsive at the same time. The upper is lightweight and breathable, and the laces lock down like usual. Overall, my foot fits very well. The toe box isn't quite as wide as previous versions, but it's ample enough for large feet. The overall feel is like wearing a sock with amazing foam soles.

Returning to the once wornTesting out the Saucony Triumph, I once wore several years ago, the upper was super comfy, and had alot of padding in the heal and tongue areas. The midsole with the PWRRUN PB, made for a light weight excellent ride, this new foam made the long runs easy and enjoyable, the shoe overall was stable and primed for high miles. Lightweight but with great stability made the Triumph 22, what I needed training for my Ultras and Marathons this spring.

Tight HeelThe shoe overall is comfortable and great to run in, my only negative response with it is that the heels on the shoe are really narrow and they squeeze too much on my heels causing a bit of a ache during my run and afterwards; and my heels are not that big.

My go-to long run shoeHuge fan of the Triumph 22. I can take it on a 22 mile long run with marathon paced miles and my feet feel fresh the next day. On my second pair and will buy a third once these hit 500 miles.

Very comfortable & nice lookingI love these as a great replacement for Hoka Bondi. These are soft like Bondi 6's were and I'm hoping they will last longer with no toe holes. Running warehouse is a great company and I'd buy from them again!

Roomy ShoeI was not a huge fan of how heavy and clunky these shoes feel. However they are extremely accommodating for those with wider fits. Would recommend to anyone with wider feet looking for a comfortable shoe not concerned with the heaviness.

Not as good as the last one.Having been a fan of the Saucony Triumph 20, I was eager to try out the new Triumph 22. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations, especially in comparison to its predecessor. First, let’s talk about fit. In the Triumph 20, I’m a perfect US 9.5 E, but the sizing seems to have changed with the Triumph 22. Ordering the same size resulted in way too much forefoot space, causing my foot to slide around inside the shoe. This made for an uncomfortable running experience, and I found myself struggling to get the secure fit I had enjoyed in the previous model. Another downside was the overall temperature regulation. The Triumph 22 feels noticeably hotter on my feet during runs, which was an issue, especially in warmer conditions. The outsole also didn’t impress me. Despite Saucony’s efforts, the traction on wet surfaces didn’t seem any better than the Triumph 20, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the new foam is a highlight. It’s my favorite that Saucony has offered so far—responsive, comfortable, and providing a good balance of cushioning and energy return. However, this wasn’t enough to offset the issues I encountered with the fit and comfort. After putting in about 6 miles over two runs, I decided to return the Triumph 22. While the foam is a step in the right direction, the changes in fit and temperature management left me missing the consistency and comfort of the Triumph 20.

Max Cushion MadnessI’ve tried many max cushion brands and this is the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever had. Where Saucony is superior is the upper shell comfort in addition to the soul. I came from Hoka Bondi’s that I still like but Saucony takes max cushion to another level. They fit my narrow foot like a glove!

Great Cushioning! This shoe reminds me of a Hoya but with a higher heel to toe drop ratio. Feels very light and cushiony. I've battled plantar fasciitis and this shoe has helped in my recovery.

Very cushyI walk two miles every evening and by the end of the day my legs and feet are tired. I also have bursitis in my right hip. The cushion and support in this shoe helps make my walks easier.

Great every day trainerMy new favorite every day trainer. I run an average of 40 miles per week. Previously was loyal to NB Fresh Foam but decided to give Saucony Triumph a try and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to NB!

Narrower toebox, more painHave had several versions of the Triumph, but this one has caused blisters and pain in my midfoot from scrunched toes. I'm going to try the wide even though I've never ordered wide in the shoe.

comfortable but pain under my feetI’m 70 yrs old (167lbs)I’ve been running all my life…I can’t understand this shoe!…it was great at the beginning with a nice cushion and a roomy toe box that I love so much that I bought a 2nd pair a month later!…then I started feeling pain under my feet after just a mile or (I usually run 3 or 4 three times a week) like I the bottom was super hard…I blamed it on tight laces so I would stop and loosen them up but even with loose laces from the beginning my feet(the bottom)finished in pain…it’s Miami and it feels like 100 tried all kinds of socks and the same back to Hokas (Clifton’s and Bondis). There is nothing wrong with my feet by the way

Sizing is different than the 21It’s much bigger. I wore a 9 in the 21, and the 22 has significantly more space in the same size. Going to have to send back the 9 and get the 8.5. Upper is way more “comfy” than the 21. Looking forward to having a size I can run in.

Better Foam Makes for A Welcome DifferenceI've really enjoyed the new Triumph v22 compared to v21. The upgrade to PwrrunPB has made it a softer, more comfortable shoe with just as good response. In my opinion that makes it a better shoe, especially for the long run. I thought v21 was decent, but the responsiveness of the midsole was kind of harsh. This version is a lot smoother. It's more stable, as well, with a wider platform. Finally, I'm glad they revised the lacing system so that the upper eyelets aren't linked to a strap that begins underneath the foot. I hated that.

Step In ComfortRight out of the box these shoes were comfortable for me. The first pair since the old Hoka Bondi 6’s and 7’s, that I could actually wear them all day long at work. I may have to buy another pair before they change them, they are a very similar in comfort to the Asics Gel Nimbus 25’s. The fit for me is great, big toe box(lots of room) almost as much as Altra shoes. Nice soft cushion feel. Works great for standing on my feet 10-12 hours a day at work. I would recommend these shoes to any one that ask me about them.
