Comments: Great insole for folks with low arches (like me). I liked them more than the Max and Thin versions. These do add serious drop to your running shoes but they work great in low (0-5mm) drop shoes. One warning - they are heavy (add about +65 grams to your shoes). Typical insoles in "off the shelf" running shoes weigh ~ 20 grams, these weigh 85 grams for size 12.

Comments: The best over the counter orthotics out there. I've had ankle and foot pain for 8 months now and was about to get custom made orthotics. My nurse told me to give pick these up and give them a try first.... FANTASTIC!

Comments: The best inserts I have ever used! I use them in my running shoes, walking shoes and dress shoes. I have tried everything out there, and would recommend these to anyone and everyone! I run about 50 miles a week and have a regular sized foot.

Comments: "Total" Support is a misnomer for this insert. There is very little difference in feel compared to factory inserts. If you need any level of arch support steer away from this product.
