Wish I had found soonerSignificant pain reduction in less than a week. Helped me regain normal activities unlike other devices and PT
Works as intendedThese have been wonderful for my PF. I don't wake up with nearly as hyper sensitive arches. It definitely did not CURE my PF, but it has made everything more manageable. I bought two socks and the seam connecting the shin strap to the toe has started ripping severely. Think it'll be an easy sew job, but it's the difference between 4 and 5 stars here.
Mrs.The largest part of my calf is 15 so i ordered regular. They were so tight and painful that I cannot wear them. :( Wasted $80.

Comments: I had great success with the Strassburg Sock. I got plantar from wearing flip flops all the time. I had tried all sorts of other treatments but this was the first thing that truly gave me lasting relief. Like the other reviewer, I initially had some discomfort but I discovered this was because I was using it wrong. I contacted the company and they sent a link to a video on how to wear it. That made all the difference and now I have been pain free for over 2 years!

Comments: I tried the Strassburg sock for several months while suffering with severe plantar fasciitis. At first the sock offered some relief, but my main problem with the design is that it puts too much pressure and pull on the big toe. I would wake up during the middle of the night and my toe would ache. Also, as the sock stretches with several months of wear, you really have to cinch the velcro to keep your foot/calf at or close to a 90 degree angle. At the time I was running 20-30 miles a week.
