Overview
As one of the most popular Superfeet insoles available, the Superfeet All-Purpose Support Medium Arch Blue Insoles feature a thinner shape and structured support for tackling your daily mileage. These running insoles use a low-profile design that can fit into less roomy shoes and are ideal for runners with low to medium arches. The stabilizer cap under the heel and arch enhance your overall balance and alleviates stress caused by arch collapse or plantar fasciitis. As an added benefit, the top layer provides long-lasting comfort and even uses an all-natural coating that defends against unwanted odor.

Comments: I love these... I add them to all my running shoes. I have very flat feet so I love the arch support. I know some say they are rigid, and they are, but I like that and it does not bother me at all. They are the perfect amount of support from my 5ks to full marathons. Highly recommend.

Comments: Great in my cycling shoes but too rigid for running. Also, they add major drop to running shoes

Comments: If you are flat-footed like me, or have low arches, these insoles may offer you some help. I'm generally skeptical of insoles, since I never have had good luck with finding any that helped me while running, until I found these. What prompted me to try them is when I discovered I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot. These insoles do a wonderful job of supporting my arch and taking some of the pressure off of my heel. If you have plantar fasciitis, your heel is where you will feel the pain, particularly on the inside of it. These insoles are thin as described, so they do not take up a lot of space inside of your shoes, and the arch is subtle, so there wasn't the jabbing or protruding feeling that I have felt while wearing other insoles designed for people with flat feet or low arches. If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis, I would strongly recommend giving these a try, since I believe they are part of a long-term solution to this problem. They provide relief to a stressed arch, and take a lot of pressure off of your heel. I run 40 - 50 miles per week while not training for a race, and 70 - 100 miles per week while training, depending on the race.

Comments: I had plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago from running and I had to take a break from running to let it heal (took about a year). To my horror, I started feeling the pain again 2 weeks ago. I heard about superfeet, and ordered the blue one because I have lower arches. They are just what I needed. This past weekend I did a 7-mile run and played tennis without any hint of my plantar fasciitis pain. I will buy more. Even better is the fact that I'm a size 8 so I didn't even have to cut the insole and it fit perfectly in my sneakers.
