Comments: No breaking in for me. Put them in my trail shoes, took off. After 10 miles, not a single issue, just great support.

Comments: I run 20 miles a week in Adidas Supernova Glide 3 shoes. Have a pretty high arch and relatively wide foot. My first pair of Superfeet were an instant hit. I now have these inserts in three pairs of running shoes and in two pairs of shop shoes for everyday work. Cannot live without them.

Comments: I tried out one pair of Superfeet Green, and I got tired of switching it between my shoes and ordered two more pairs. If you follow Superfeet's instructions and wear the insoles in your primary shoes for two weeks, they will feel completely natural. You MUST wear these for at least two weeks before judging them uncomfortable. The hard feeling in your arch is the support your current insoles don't give you. I have high, flexible arches, and I'm love my Superfeet. Without them, I feel like my arch is tearing in half. If you have lower arches, I've heard the Superfeet Blue recommended. If you have high arches, though, these are the way to go.

Comments: The arch through heel area was just too wide to fit into basically any of my shoes. I cut some of the arch side material (as much as can be cut without cutting the plastic). I was able to squeeze the insole into the shoe. It was an overly wide platform due to be being on the low end of the spectrum, but I could have lived with that. The nail in the coffin for why I can't recommend the shoe is because the plastic below the insole is just too firm and uncomfortable. Every time the shoe flexed, I could feel the stiffness tap my arch. I think I might have really liked this insole if it didn't have the thick plastic underneath. The forefoot material is great, but the plastic from heel through arch is unnatural.
