green vs orangethese DID provide relief for my plantar, but it did take getting used to. your feet have more freedom than the green, more wiggle/flexibility which i believed to help. as for the durability the person below me spoke about, i disagree. i was running 100+ miles a week on these in college and they lasted. the rubber heel insert did wear away around the 400 mile mark.
would i get these again, yes. only if these are on sale or the greens are sold out. did not hate these

Toasted after 8 runsNot worth the extra money over the standard Superfeet greens. I'm a fairly middling runner, but after only 55 miles, these were so dead you can see a clear outline of the ball of my foot and each of my toes. And as far as I can tell, the rubber piece you put into the shoe first does nothing but make switching between shoes more difficult. Maybe these would be better for someone with a heel strike?
