High quality belt with limited useThe build quality of this belt is nice but it's a very niche product. The pocket is super small and minimalist, but as such, can't hold very much but gels or maybe keys and most pants/shorts/tights have pockets for that these days. Put a phone in it and it starts to drag the belt down. Also, the clasp is pretty basic compared to other belts on the market that lay flatter and put less pressure on your waist and have an easier release mechanism. Lastly, the width of the belt is quite narrow. I opted for a wider belt that distributed pressure a little more evenly. The narrowness also caused my waist light to bounce quite a bit more than when using a wider belt that was more stabilizing.

Good concept; poor executionThe pouch is the only positive; easily accommodates today's larger phones, ID, keys. The belt and cheap plastic hardware are virtually worthless. Too thin, narrow and stretchy. The adjuster buckles don't hold position, slipping as soon as you put it on. Adding the weight of a phone, diaphragm movement from breathing and motion induced from walking and running amplify the effect. Forget about clipping on one or two 10 ounce bottles. A wider, thicker, stiffer, non-elastic belt with hardware that works would make this a winner.
