Cushioning Level
Cushioning level, or stack height, refers to how much shoe is between your foot and the ground. For this category, we reference the amount of cushioning below the forefoot as the heel height will be equal to or greater than the forefoot height.
Learn more about stack heights and how we measure them.-

-
Low
19-23mm. The shoe has a slightly cushioned feel and may feature added cushioning technologies. Performance training shoes and some trail shoes are common here. These offer protection during footstrike but prioritize a lightweight, grounded experience.

Stability Level
-
Neutral
Neutral shoes support the foot through a normal range of arch collapse and generally do not have a built-in technology to correct movement.
-
Stable
Stability shoes are a great option for those who overpronate or need added support. These shoes help to limit the inward rolling motion of the ankle while running or walking and assist in guiding the foot straight through the gait cycle.
Product Details:
Like great innovators do, X-BIONIC created the Terraskin X00/C because their ideal shoe didn't exist. These performance trail running shoes are built for playing in the mountains all day and bombing technical descents with wild abandon. They bring a slew of proprietary developments to perfect the union of your feet with the shoes — and with the earth.
Starting next to your skin, a pair of Terraskin X-Socks are included in the box. In the quest to optimize your interface with the shoe, no detail is too small. With targeted stability zones, air cooling channels, and anti-slip yarn, these cushioned crew socks improve fit, feel, and performance.
Next, the shoe's Skinknit upper features a seamless tongue-free design. For secure foothold and airy ventilation, it combines a mesh perimeter with an elastic knit over your toes and instep. Crucially, the Speedframe chassis unites the upper and sole, creating a stable bucket seat for your feet.
For the midsole foam, high-rebound EVA provides a balance of shock absorption for your joints and responsiveness for performance. A winged Power-Lite carbon fiber plate runs from your toes down the sides of the shoe, not the central area underfoot. This allows flexible adaptation to uneven ground, along with explosive power when needed. Lastly, the adaptable Spinweave outsole design of Vibram Megagrip rubber delivers peace of mind with sticky grip across even the most challenging terrain.
Ready to carve on technical terrain and big mountain playgrounds like never before? Lock in to the X-BIONIC Terraskin X00/C for the ultimate off the brakes race-day experience!
