Doctors of Running Shop
Doctors of Running is a group of physical therapists and runners interested in the art and science of running shoes. It was founded by Matt Klein, who wanted to create a space to talk about the intersections between running and physical therapy. In the fast-moving world of running footwear, the team uses their unique clinical lens to help break things down and educate the community about the stuff we put on our feet.
Matthew Klein is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, PhD candidate and Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and Geriatrics. He has been a competitive runner and shoe geek since college. He is the founder of Doctors of Running, which started as a way to process and teach about the art and science of running footwear. He is currently a professor of physical therapy at West Coast University Center for Graduate Studies.
