About The USATF Foundation
The Foundation's Mission
The USATF Foundation was established in 2002 with the goal of funding innovative track & field programs around the country. With an emphasis on providing opportunities to both young runners and elite athletes, the foundation helps runners of all ages realize their dreams. Youth Club ODP
Through the Youth Club Grant Program the USATF Foundation helps to support youth running programs across the country. Youth track clubs from all areas of the US receive financial assistance through these grants with a special emphasis on programs that attract diverse ethnic and socio-economic youth while promoting character-building, health, education, and drug-free behaviors. Donations made through the Running Warehouse checkout process go directly to the Youth Club Grant Program.
Run with US!
Spread the transformative power of running with the next generation! The Run With US! program helps to utilize elite track and field athletes, both Olympians athletes and Olympic hopefuls, to teach underprivileged youth about track & field, running, nutrition, goal-setting, and self-esteem. By combining with both school and community running programs, the Run With US! program is able to make meaningful change in the health of our nation's youth while providing elite track and field athletes with the financial support they need to finance their Olympic aspirations.
Elite Athlete Development
Using philanthropy to support Team USA, the worlds #1 Track & Field Team, the USATF Foundation helps the country's top athletes pursue their Olympic dreams. Through their fundraising efforts, the foundation has awarded over $6.7 million in grants since 2006 and helped 233 track and field athletes make olympic or world champion teams. Your donation helps to make history and adds to the 153 Olympic and World Champion medals and 45 world and American records already set by athletes in the Elite Athlete Development Program.
