Good training shirtI'm in South Florida and appreciate this shirt for the mild hot days. It runs a little long (imo as do most running shirts, I am 5'9"). It's not my favorite shirt for long runs as it does get quite heavier with sweat, but one of my favorites for a 3-5 mile run.

The only shirt I now wearHands down the best running shirt I've ever owned, and I now only run in these. Super lightweight, and the small holes make this almost impossible to get wet. Good length for those with longer torsos and I like the shorter sleeves. The relaxed fit (without being baggy) makes this more forgiving for those who haven't seen an ab in a while. Go for the black or blue - the yellow started showing stains and marks after a few months.
