SUNBURNEDI got sunburned through the shirt both times I wore this hoody. I had last years' version, in blue, and haven't gotten burned in that one so I don't know if the fabric is different in the deflector 2.0 or if the color (pink) was too sheer.

Excellent for long trail runsI've never run in a sun hoodie before and typically run hot during runs. That said, I needed something to protect me during long trail runs. This sun hoodie is the most breathable I've tried. It protects me from the sun but does not make me too hot. I love the pit vents. Have also had no issues with pilling or durability wearing it under a hydration vest.
