Running has always been one of Ali's favorite ways to stay in shape. It began as a conditioning tool for soccer and, as an adult, has become her cardio of choice. Ali loves how running makes her body (and mind) feel. No matter how tough the run, she always finishes feeling grateful that she went. In a perfect world, Ali would be on the trail with her dog George at 7:00 a.m. but, with two young kids and a full-time job, a quick lunch break run feels like a win.
