Grace considers herself a pretty casual runner, using it as a way to help her body feel good and enjoy time outdoors, either solo or with a friend, especially on a crisp 60-degree day. Running has become her favorite form of cross-training, as the more she runs, the better her other workouts feel. Having grown up swimming, land sports weren't always her thing until completing her first half marathon, which changed her perspective. Outside of running, she enjoys yoga and hiking, and isn't above binge-watching the latest reality TV shows (red flag, maybe).
