Lia

As a born-again hobby jogger, Lia enjoys cheerful runs through her neighborhood to admire the trees, gardens, birds, and other plants and critters. Her favorite aspect of running is the feeling of accomplishment when hitting new milestones, and the endorphin boost she gets for the rest of the day. She favors cushioned midsoles and supportive gear, prioritizing comfort and long-term health so she can run with ease and reach new mileage for years to come.

In the near future, Lia hopes to get more racing events under her belt, particularly some with an ocean view, and eventually work her way up to the half-marathon distance.
